Employment Tribunals & Civil Litigation  
We have brought and defended thousands of claims in Employment Tribunals and other venues across the UK. We have also appeared in the Employment Appeals Tribunal. We have experience of litigating a vast range of claims, from straightforward unfair dismissal cases to complex discrimination and business transfer cases. Settlement Agreements  
Settlement Agreements are often an effective means of resolving a dispute between an employer and an employee, or of ending an employment relationship in a way that is acceptable to both parties before a dispute occurs.
